If your order isn't a perfect fit or doesn't match your style, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off location and use the provided tracking link to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
