As the strongest and most powerful of the Legion special forces, Goliath squads require fittingly powerful support weapons. Some troopers go to battle armed with crank-operated machine guns jokingly referred to as "Peppermills." These massive automatic cannons, originally designed as vehicle-mounted weapons, fire the same explosive bolts as the standard Falchion bolt rifle, but at a much higher rate of fire, allowing heavy gunners to mow down lightly-armored enemy troops in a hail of flying shrapnel. For any foe of the Last Legion, the metallic rattling of a Peppermill spooling up and the clattering of spent bolt casings is the sound of imminent death and defeat.
