At the age of eight, in a raid on her father's caravan, on one of the roads heading south, she was kidnapped by a band of robbers. From there, she would have grown up in this environment of violence and rapine. Years passed, until she returned to Vateniana. She went from being Bjornekram, the kidnapped child, to Bjornekram, the dark warrior. As for her kidnappers, it is not known what became of the pack. Whether they have migrated to distant lands, or whether they are all dead, that is a secret that Bjornekram does not consent to reveal.
She uses a short sword, the gladius, which she specializes in for two reasons. The first is that the short sword is lighter and more agile. The second, and most important, is that it follows the principle that the best fighting distance is short distance. The closer to the enemy, the less range he has to attack, and the more difficult he has to defend himself. The closer, the more unpredictable and covert the blows become, and the more potency they have to injure and lacerate.
On her shoulders, covered in a flowing robe, were layered pauldrons made of thin, almost cutting blades.
